I never said otherwise. I just asked if they can simply barge in and declare they're taking part, thats that, end of, don't like it well tough shouldn't have given us the membership, or if there is still protocol and ifs & buts with a few coconuts before they get a spot.

Being "in" something doesn't mean you always automatically can do something. Trust me, the amount of times my British Citizenship has not enabled me to freely do something I want to do in Britain is quite laughable at this stage.
