withdrawal year is ok i guess, and if not available we can use a fallback to something automated. i'll patch in the ones you provided

ref excel + github -> agreed, but i am unsure how i can automate python creation while also having an easy interface to manipulate data without significant amount of complications and using a super-wide csv file that has everything in it (+ data validation)

edit: i've patched the file locally, not pushed to github but the grf on googledrive has been changed if you are willing to just use a csv or txt file with either the vehicleid or the english name + withdrawal year i can lookup from there...open a ticket?
