ref GP40/SD40 -- the SD40 is both ALL_AMERICA and AFRICA whereas the GP40 is ALL_AMERICA only...also the SD is a bit beefier. So either we can keep both or remove the more restricted one. As for the others, I've excluded the AES and done the renames but at the moment these aren't available anywhere, not even on my google-drive as I've only updated the excel file and not done a build.
