Well I would suggest to have more or less similar stats for both 2CC sets, it is a bit strange to have two East African Class 23 one of them 1/3 power of another.

A propos South America has no narrow-gauge electric locomotives. Maybe you could add a couple?

• Chilean GE 289A Boxcab https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/GE_289A_Boxcab. I still do not know if this is the same engine as EFE E-28.
• Brazilian FEPASA Serie 2000 https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/GE_1-C+C-1_(EFS) and Alstom EC-362 https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alstom_EC-362
