Just make sure you include the copyright / authorship notice, in the README on GitHub and on BaNaNas, many things require attribution (and the ones that don't, well it's still nice to have)

Also, I just want to point that maybe it doesn't make sense to add everything : this set has always been a bit of a balance between diversity and specialized role, and it may not make sense to add every 10 versions of a diesel engine with 100hp variation every two years, rather have enough to cover most niches and specificities for a long play?

You are right about the running costs

I also found that running costs are low and purchase costs are high, so usually I play with 1/2x purchase and 2x running costs!
