Couple more suggestion if I may

-Western Europe. Something from DR 130/DBAG 230 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DR_Class_130_family. Justification--there is a time gap between SNCF BB 67400 (1969) 2,276 hp and Maxima 40CC (2010) 4,968 hp during which no new high-performing diesel locomotives appear. There are some variants with different power and maximum speed but it is a well known locomotive. -North America. No new dedicated heavy freight diesels come up after EMD DDA40X (1969). I suggest adding GE AC6000CW https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GE_AC6000CW. -Africa. It seems Egypt has quite a few engines that if added would have allowed to start African game somewhere in 1860-1870s however there is either only a photo or only stats without photo. So far I have only one loco both with picture and stats.
