Glad to see so much stuff I have never thought of seeing. One thing I wanted to point out is that Congo Ocean Railway belongs to Republic of Congo that is not the same country as Democratic Republic of Congo/Zaire. It seems that locomotives now have much cheaper default running cost, is this intentional?
