My solution to your problem with two 2-track lines running towards a three-track terminus station with - I think - a good balance of not too many signals and switches but smooth operation.

The station "exit signals" are two-way path signals, the ones that control entry to the station are one-way path signals, and the others further down the lines regular block signals. In this layout, trains run on the right-track of a double-track section.
