Not only this. The acceptance will change over time because of demolishing and rebuilding of houses, that may accept different cargoes.

There is not much if anything one can do about this. I've come to solution to valuate accepted cargo by cargo income, select the most paying one and drop other cargos.

This way rail station will always be placed e.g. next to banks and as close to center as possible, as long as it's not on the other end of the city. it should cover other accepted cargos as well on average, we'll see if that works in time.
