How come you decided that a bunch of the engines should carry passengers? I've always found that choice odd for any engine (including vanilla ones). Even if they can be refitted to other cargoes it can't be done automatically.

Because they're supposed to be MUs so they work the same as MUs in any other set. And the reason they can't be autorefit is because the windows would magically disappear when refitting between passengers and cargo. Like I said, the original Vactrain set has a bunch of odd design choices and I'll fix those whenever I get around to updating it.
