That looks like the default configuration of Pale Moon to me... so it sounds like your customizations were lost somehow?

It might be worth trying to revert to the default theme and then reapply your custom theme, or simply try to customize everything again using whatever method you used before. Though admittedly I'm not an expert on this side of things, my knowledge of XUL and theming-related issues is pretty limited.
