Whilst admirable, if you are compelled, leaving the jurisdiction won’t stop that requirement. So, in the example of this being just one individual account or a group of accounts, or more generally speaking, there will be a timeframe given and you’ll face penalties if you refuse. Yes, you may then seek alternative jurisdictions after, but this doesn’t change the original requirement.

Proton, Tuta, Lavabit… and I think it was Lavabit who closed down but was also ‘gagged’ for a period of time.
