Wipr 2 uses Apple's new 'URL Filters'

For the people having issues, I assume you’re using VPNs? When I was with Apple, I repeatedly had issues connecting to some of their private relay domains (i.e., Mullvad IPs were blocked). Wondering if that’s the case here, too.
