It depends on which part of OnlyOffice. For example OnlyOffice for mobile devices is completely closed source.

The Onlyoffice desktop suite has added a few parts to the AGPL license as you can see here:

“the obligation to retain the original product logo (Section 7(b));”

However, you are not allowed to use the logo, because it is trademark protect. Which means you are forced by their license to use their logo, but you are at the same time forbidden to use their logo. This at the end means you are not allowed to change or redistribute the software.

This is not the definition of Free and Open Source.

The better phrase under the description in the KB would be: “OnlyOffice is a cloud-based source available desktop office suite with extensive functionality, including integration with Nextcloud. The mobile Client is closed source.”
