The first stable release is June 9th, so not that long after all. But only for the document server:

Euro-Office is not designed for stand-alone use, but developed to be a web based and integrated in another product that handles documents, for example a file sharing solution, an online wiki, a project management tool and so on.

The standalone apps are still being worked on:

The next phase will focus on developing desktop and mobile applications, as well as integration features.

Euro-Office: General availability set for June 9 - Nextcloud

A first stable version of Euro-Office will be available and raeady for use in production on GitHub from June 9 on.
