Do you regularly pay for any privacy-enhancing tools?

I find it a little surprising that you donate Linux Mint and include Keepass which is a Windows only application, the Linux version of Keepass is KeePassXC, it is your money donate it to whoever you want but I was curious why pick the Windows project over the Linux one when you appear to use Linux.
