VoIP/SMS providers without KYC, in EU/Germany?

I can recommend SMSPool.net for verification, you can buy a prepaid card at proxysto.re and pay with cash if that is a what you want. SMSPool has single use numbers or you can book longterm numbers too. Alternativly you can try crypton.sh seemingly similar to SMSPool. There are also numbers for germany and other countries, but they are not avaliable atm. Otherwise you can look at kycnot.me, there you find alot services which has no kyc.
