VoIP/SMS providers without KYC, in EU/Germany?

I’ve heard good things about the following providers: mysudo, cloaked, smspool and bitrefill. But the problem is that they are US-based or require US residency to use them ;(

This is not rue for SMSPool. I have used it, and I don’t live nor am I from the US.
