You’d be wanting a vPro or Ryzen Pro processor to make use of things like encrypted RAM etc and features of the higher HSI levels otherwise its all largely just theater.
Also in terms of AMD there’s a transition away from AGESA which is going to be adopted by every manufacturer on Zen 6 Empowering The Industry with Open System Firmware – AMD openSIL

AMD's open-source openSIL firmware is being ported to Zen 5 motherboard early...
AMD is going to transition from AGESA to openSIL, starting with Zen 6.
Personally I’m waiting for Zen 7 as that will be after the new fabs open in 2027, 2028, and we’ll have DDR6 which is a lot faster.
