Island vs Shelter vs? Android work profile apps?

Thanks. I’m on Samsung which doesn’t have Private Space but does have Secure Folder. I just wanted to try an alternative to Secure Folder to see how it differs. I can’t create a work profile myself as it says I need to contact the it department (it’s a personal phone). I’ll try Shelter, although it hasn’t been updated for 2 years.
