Island vs Shelter vs? Android work profile apps?

Anyone using any of these Android work profile apps that let you install apps (and second instances of apps) in a separate space on their phone? I’m trying Island but wonder if the others are better or how they’re different? I thought island would have some sort of password protection but it doesn’t seem to. Thanks
