Man found fatally shot on Lower West Side

A man was found fatally shot Wednesday night in the Lower West Side, according to Chicago police.

Officers found the man, 43, in a residence at 6:16 p.m. with multiple gunshot wounds in the 2600 block of South Winchester Avenue, police said.

No one is in custody.
