1 Mouse 1 Keyboard simultaneously to multiple computers

So company is doing a computer refresh. We have like 10 year old laptops and desktops, and they want nothing to be older than 5years. We are running computers through MDT & Intune but still alot of manual work to be done on the computers, and this includes settings in bios. So looking to see if there is a way to take 1 keyboard & mouse and simulate it to multiple computers at 1 time. Not KVM switching or such, and no software as its company computers, and most are coming fresh from the manufacturer into the MDT. Goal: 1 Keyboard/Mouse controlling Mutiple computers simultaneously Requirements: No KVM or Software If there hardware that could do it? Rasberry pi if built to do it? Am i out of my mind and just being lazy?
