Apr 28, 17:55 MDT Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Apr 27, 19:35 MDT Identified - On Monday, April 27 at approximately 2:00 PM MT, a scheduled deployment to the commercial environment resulted in an increase in HTTP 401 authentication errors when accessing application resources. Some users may have needed to refresh the application to continue working.

The issue has been identified, and a patch is scheduled for deployment to all affected accounts on Tuesday, April 28 to fully resolve the problem.
