Charged for the free hosting?

I had an invoice from Paypal today, for the $11.95 annual payment. But I'm pretty sure I cancelled it more than a year ago. I don't have a site on your free platform. I have the premium, so felt I didn't need a free one any more. I'm confused as to why I was charged. (Currently, I'm trying to get into the dashboard but it's not loading.) In fact, you refunded my payment last year because the same thing had happened. I had cancelled, but was still charged. So I hope you will refund again. But... Read more
