Help with 2FA

Hi, I'm currently unable to log into my domain on the Hosting Control Panel. For some reason 2FA ist activated on my account. I cannot remember enabling it (it's been a while though). x10hosting's domain and my domain are not available in my authenticator app. Could you reset the 2FA or temporarily disable it? If you need proof of ownership of the account, please tell me the information you need to verify the legitimacy of this request. Thank you.
