If you enable 2FA and then lose both the authenticator app and the recovery codes, then you lose access to the account. There is a primary method (the authenticator codes) and a backup method (the recovery codes), and that’s it. Privacy and security are very important to us, so collecting more data for ID verification or just giving access without strong evidence are not things we will do. If you have a custom domain name, we can verify your ownership of that, and then we can remove your domain name from the current account so you can assign it to a new account. However, understand that this will not give you access to the current website. If you have a free subdomain, then it’s not possible to verify ownership of it. If you have a custom domain name and you’d like to have it released, please share the domain name.
