Lucy & the Dishwasher

/Not being a cat person, every day is a new adventure with my cat, Lucy. Today was the first time I've used the dishwasher since she came to live with me. She spent the entire time that it was running staring at it and trying to figure out how to open it. (Please ignore that my cabinets are ivory while the washer is white; I got this one from my parents when they remodeled their kitchen. The upgrade from my 40-year-old one was worth the color mismatch) She was punching buttons, trying to get at the edges as she does with the cabinets, and generally making herself annoying with her warbling.
