Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely SUMMARY...Thunderstorms will develop across the watch area and spread southeastward through the afternoon. Locally damaging wind gusts may accompany the stronger storms. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 45 statute miles north and south of a line from 45 miles west of Columbus OH to 15 miles north of Dubois PA.
