Testing new iOS backend

I think i fixed the device discovery, there were also places where the build was still targeting iOS 15+ , including the capcache that was not being generated for iOS 12, fixed that too in the new snapshot. Please, when you can try a clean build. Only minIosVersion = '12.0' should be required now, other workarounds should not.
