Testing new iOS backend

Good news! I think I got libJGLIOS to run on x86, at least it runs on github actions.

You cant try it with the snapshot: add https://central.sonatype.com/repository/maven-snapshots/ in the plugin repo list and use version 0.0-SNAPSHOT.

Hopefully it’ll work with your os and xcode version, because even with libJGLIOS libs compiled, there is still a compilation and linking pass that happens at build time for graalvm
