To disable deactivation for a specific body, use Body.setAllowSleeping(false).

Wheel inertia isn’t exposed in jolt-jni 4.0.1 (Jolt has it, binding doesn’t).

I’ll get to work on adding wheel inertia to the bindings ASAP.
