I Wanna Be An Influencer

Add a subrule to “Systems and Directors” called “Influence” Each System has a publicly tracked ordered list of Associates known as its Influence List. If an Associate goes idle, they are removed from all Influence Lists they are on. If an Associate has a Vessel in a system, or they are the Director of that System, they may Influence that System by performing the following atomic action: * Transfer 3 credits from themselves to the system (the rule Corruption may not be used for this transfer) * Add themselves to the top of that System’s Influence List * If that System’s Influence List has more than 10 total entries (including duplicates), remove the entry in the bottom of the list A System’s Influence Scope is equal to the number of entries in its Influence List. As a Timed Action, the Director of a System may decrease the System’s Credits by its Influence Scope, then increase each Associates Credit’s by the number of times they appear in that System’s Influence List
