Transferring components to a HTPC-style case

I was considering replacing my motherboard and case from my secondary PC because I wanted to go for a micro-atx build that I can put inside my TV stand. I know what I'm link here is a full system but this is the style of case I'm looking for as posted in this link: https://www.microcenter.com/product/677826/powerspec-b687-desktop-computer All I would need is a new horizontal micro-ATX case, new motherboard, a low-profile CPU cooler, and possibly a SSF power supply (depending on the case as that one in the link uses a SFF power supply). I have a Ryzen 7 9700X, 64GB DDR5-5600, 2 NVMe's, and a 500W ATX power supply. I don't plan on using a dedicated GPU. Right now I'm using my old ATX mid-tower case for this secondary PC, which I placed on the floor near my TV stand and in front of my right-side speaker, and it's blocking some of my right-side speaker, as it's a little too tall, the main reason I want to get a HTPC style Micro-ATX and motherboard and transfer those...
