The Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Gets Support for an M.2 NVMe Drive as Network Storage
If you’re a user or fan of the Blackmagic Design HyperDeck, then you might want to check out this new 9.0.2 update that adds some new support for an optional internal M.2 NVMe drive as network storage specifically on the HyperDeck Studio 4K Pro.
The update also adds some other improvements to network connectivity and other stability features for the different HyperDeck Studio models. Here’s what you need to know.

Blackmagic Design’s popular line of compact, broadcast-quality record/playback decks is getting an upgrade, specifically with the HyperDeck Studio 4K Pro, which is adding support to use an optional internal M.2 NVMe drive as network storage.
Other HyperDeck models are also getting some improvements to network connectivity over the 10G Ethernet connection, as well as other minor improvements for manufacturing HyperDeck Studio.
