It does not list regular exercise courses like yoga or CrossFit, but there are plenty of options in the area if you wish to find them!

Baseball & Softball

🥎May 4 - August 3 | YMCA Spring Softball Leagues Various City of Binghamton and Town of Kirkwood Softball Fields Gendered and Co-Ed Teams, up to 18 people per team 10 game regular season and playoffs

Sunday: Co-Ed Open, 12 pm - 6 pm
Monday: Women's 40+, 6 pm - 9 pm
Tuesday: Men's Open, 6 pm - 9 pm
Thursday: Men's Open & Women's Open, 6 pm - 9 pm

$753 per team Guaranteed Registration Ends April 21

Wednesday: Mixed Adult Softball, 6 pm - 8 pm and 8 pm - 10 pm
Thursday: Men's League Softball, 6 pm - 10 pm

Mixed: $550 per team, Men's: $650 per team
