Oblivion Remaster Performance?

Hi guys. What is with the game performance? I am trying to play game with an RTX 5060 8GB VRAM, 32GB DDR5 System RAM, Ryzen 7HX. Graphic settings on High preset, 2560*1440 resolution. Is it really supposed to be this choppy? Some areas are somewhat playable, others are near unplayable. Kinda frustrating since I recently got a new laptop... Thoughts and help appreciated 🙂
