Increased KV latency and timeouts

Apr 13, 20:15 UTC Investigating - Cloudflare is aware of and investigating an issue impacting a subset of KV API requests, resulting in increased latency and timeouts. Workers using Assets are also experiencing errors. This does not impact KV through the binding.
