Envision-OCI v1.0.0-RC.3

The known issues from RC.2 have been fixed in this release candidate. Fixed The WMR profile should now build & run correctly, however this needs more community testing because I don't have a WMR headset to test with. Cases where the AppImage and Runtime versions could mismatch and cause issues. Custom GTK & Libadwaita theming now properly applies Libadwaita version matches Fedora 44, so user stylesheets work correctly, and the Adwaita color palette changes from ~10mo ago are applied. Changes Rather than distributing an AppImage and runtime separately, Envision is built with CI and bundled into the container image. This has a number of benefits: It's much easier to update & maintain Reproducible builds The entire image & application can be signed with CI Avoids cases where the AppImage and Runtime versions could mismatch and cause issues. Only the image needs to be updated, the runner only needs to be updated for Envision-OCI changes, not upstream updates. Feedback More testing from the community is needed before a 1.0 release! You can report any issues you encounter on the issue tracker, or in this thread from the LVRA Discord.
