Job or "career"

My current job is stable but not having a lot of growth, it does but not the kind of growth I want, I want to build, not play “impactful politics”. I wish I could switch but the job market is shitty rn

Turn on hardcore mode to find a new job would break the stable flow and I hesitate to do that

How do people with family even able to find a new job with all of the responsibilities?

Should I just quits and go all in?
