"textContent": "In my post about the federated apps I use, I mentioned Nextcloud. It’s a self-hosted file sharing and collaboration platform with a rich app ecosystem. I’ve been relying on it for years to keep my data organized and synced across all my devices. Here’s a rundown of the apps I use most: Contacts — address book synced everywhere Calendar & Tasks — scheduling and to-dos in one place Files — core cloud storage Nextcloud Office — online document editing without leaving the platform Notes — quick, lightweight note-taking Cookbook — storing and organizing recipes External Storage — offloading large media like photos and videos Memories — a polished photo management experience News — RSS feed reader to follow sites without social media Some of these are pretty self-explanatory, but there’s a lot of room to get creative with how you use them. In future posts, I thought it’d be fun to share how I put each one to work. I’d also love to hear how others are using these or any other Nextcloud apps you’ve found useful!",
