For its latest partnership, Under Armour has teamed up with French designer Marine Serre to create a capsule collection that brings together athletic innovation and the designer’s distinctive approach to contemporary dress. The limited-edition collection marks the first collaboration between the two brands and arrives as Under Armour celebrates its 30th anniversary. Drawing inspiration from the American sportswear label’s early-2000s archive and its pioneering HeatGear® technology, the capsule reinterprets performance essentials through Marine Serre’s lens of precision, functionality and movement. Under Armour was originally founded in 1996 in Baltimore by Kevin Plank, growing from a simple garage operation into a multi-billion-pound sports titan. “Whether in training or in design, progress comes from deliberate repetition and purposeful execution,” says Yuron White, SVP, GM of Sportswear and Collabs at Under Armour.
