The Los Angeles wellness empire is officially arriving on the French Riviera this summer with an aggressively sun-drenched expansion that stretches from Cannes to Saint-Tropez and straight onto the Mediterranean itself. Founded in Los Angeles in 2007, the brand built its reputation by turning yoga wear into a full lifestyle proposition years before wellness became luxury’s favourite buzzword. Over the past few seasons, ALO has aggressively expanded beyond leggings and sports bras, entering the worlds of hospitality, beauty, supplements and members-only wellness clubs while positioning itself as a softer, more refined alternative to the performance-heavy image of traditional sportswear brands. The expansion begins with the opening of ALO’s first French retail spaces: a Saint-Tropez boutique on Rue Gambetta followed by a second location directly on Cannes’ Boulevard de la Croisette.
