  "textContent": "Spring wardrobes often feel like a fresh start, and for 2026, & Other Stories introduces a collection that finds its heart in the communal living rooms of 1980s London. Newly appointed Chief Creative Officer Jonathan Saunders delivers a selection titled ‘A New Wave of Expression,’ focusing on the shared lives and honest friendships of women living together in the city. “Storytelling is a huge part of my approach at & Other Stories,” he says. “I have always been inspired by film, music and art – but here, I found that I was constantly drawn specifically to film and narrative as a natural language for the brand.” For the Spring/Summer 2026 campaign, Saunders reunited with photographer Oliver Hadlee Pearch to capture the rebellious spirit of 80s and 90s New Wave youth culture. Colour functions as the heartbeat of the season, used to inject warmth and a sense of optimism into the daily routine. Cherry red, serene blue and ochre yellow dominate the palette, balanced by neutral greys and beiges that keep the more vibrant tones from feeling overwhelming.
