Set in Tokyo, a city defined by density and restraint, people live constantly alongside others while maintaining a subtle sense of distance. Closeness and separation, contact and avoidance exist simultaneously. This urban condition quietly shapes the way relationships are formed and perceived. Rather than constructing a clear narrative or dramatic moment, the series focuses on preserving distance between subjects and between the subject and the camera, allowing silence, atmosphere, and unspoken presence to surface within the frame naturally.
