Jammu & Kashmir HC Orders JMC Survey of Hotels, Commercial Buildings

The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has ordered the Jammu Municipal Corporation to conduct a comprehensive survey of hotels and commercial buildings to identify violations related to building permissions, parking, and fire safety. The JMC Commissioner faces personal appearance in court if directions are not met.
