Maharashtra Legislative Council Elections Scheduled for June 18

The Election Commission of India has announced that voting for 17 Maharashtra Legislative Council seats will be held on June 18, with counting on June 22. The elections include a by-election for the Nagpur constituency and biennial polls for 16 other seats.
