Doda East MLA and AAP Jammu and Kashmir president Mehraj Malik returned to Doda on Sunday for the first time in 238 days, receiving a massive public welcome at Sports Stadium Doda. The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh had quashed his PSA detention on April 27.
