Jammu and Kashmir: Two Non-Locals Arrested with Heroin in Srinagar

Srinagar police arrested two non-local individuals, a woman and a man, from Uttar Pradesh in the Kralkhud area and recovered heroin from their possession. A case has been registered under the NDPS Act.
