Centre Notifies Transit-Oriented Development Policy for Delhi

The central government has notified the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) policy for Delhi, allowing for increased Floor Area Ratio (FAR) up to 500 near public transport hubs. The policy aims to optimize land use and promote mixed-use developments within 500 metres of transit corridors.
